ELECTRONIC CRECHE: B. E. W. / 4 JUL 09 / 2:00 PM / / ULSTER HALL / FREE

Taking place each Saturday of the festival, the Adult’s Electronic Creche is a recovery room of sorts. Grown up boys and girls are well looked after with fine electronic music provided by four of the best electronic acts in Belfast, Saturday newspapers, wi-fi and a Nintendo Wii, all within the comforting confines of the Grand Dame Café.

Experimental/electronic producer Barry Cullen releases audio and video work under the name BEW (Barry’s Electric Workshop). Part of the Dodgy Stereo collective, Barry blends sounds and images from old junk with hi-fi sounds and graphics, trying to find a balance between creating something new and making it fit along with something recycled.

Thanks Matt.

BTW - I made a new odd disco track last night -
will send you a copy when I have it put through a limiter - maybe suitable for your podcast?
